Biography

District Director, Human Resources for the Midwest Region supporting Donna Flannery. I have worked in management/human resources for over 25 years. I was part of the new start team for our Clive hospital that opened in 2018. I helped with many new starts and helped fill support needs across the country.   My passion is developing relationships with people and helping them reach their full potential. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Grandview College in Des Moines, Iowa. I have been married to her husband Bruce for 27 years and is blessed with four awesome children, Rachel, Sarah, Luke and Jake. When I am not working, I enjoys spending time with my family and friends, reading, playing cards, and going anywhere warm where there is a beach!

I have so many favorite things about student programs.  I love student programs because of the partnership that I have with them.  Working together to recruit the best to Life Point.  They support HR with recruitment fairs, onboarding students, keeping us connected to students, and the many apprenticeship programs that they have implemented so our employees can continue to develop and grow.
