I get to work with a fantastic team to grow and expand registered apprenticeship to help skill up Kindred’s employees to be the best they can and reach whatever star they are striving for.

What motivates you to do what you do every day?

To make the registered apprenticeship model be as seamless as possible for our hospitals and employees. It is very rewarding knowing the hard work we put into what we do can help changes people’s lives for themselves and their families for the better by helping them to be the best they want to be. This in turn equals giving the best care possible to our patients. It is a win-win-win for Hospitals, employees, and our patients!

Don’t give up on your ideas or dreams! Sometimes a no is just a different way to say yes. Think outside the box to solve problems. Try to have fun every day, it’s better to laugh than cry, unless they are happy tears.
