• BA in Business Administration; MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Baker College for Graduate Studies in Flint Michigan

Main Role

Current my role is be a strategic partner on the IRF regional leadership team providing insight in employee relations, organizational growth and innovation; also a direct supporting resource for the human resource directors and other leaders  in each facilities

Why do you like your job?

Working directly with people (facility staff, leaders, organizational leaders); gives me a true perspective of the diversity in our organization and helps me to better understand the needs of both our employees and the organization

What motivates you to do what you do every day?

Seeing others success; being a part of the success of others is the most rewarding part of what I do every day
